1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, timezone, and communication preferences when you create an account.
  • Business Information: Details about your real estate business, market, and goals provided during onboarding.
  • Client Data: Names, contact information, deal details, timelines, and notes about your real estate clients that you share with the Service.
  • Messages: Content of your conversations with Alex, our AI assistant, via Telegram or other supported channels.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

Information from Third-Party Integrations

When you connect your Google account, we may access:

  • Gmail: Email metadata (sender, subject, snippet) and message content to monitor your inbox, flag important messages, and draft replies on your behalf.
  • Google Calendar: Event details (title, time, location, attendees) to provide schedule awareness and pre-meeting briefings.
  • Google Drive: File metadata and content when you use Drive-related features.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time through the Service, which immediately revokes our access.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Message counts, feature usage, and interaction patterns to maintain service limits and improve the product.
  • Analytics: Standard web analytics (page views, performance metrics) collected via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights on our website.
  • Telegram Identifiers: Your Telegram user ID, used to deliver messages through the Telegram platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Power the AI assistant, track clients, manage deals, send reminders, and generate briefings.
  • Process AI Interactions: Send your messages and relevant context to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses, classifications, and recommendations.
  • Email Monitoring: Analyze incoming emails to identify messages that need your attention and filter out low-priority noise.
  • Market Intelligence: Fetch publicly available real estate news and mortgage rate data (from Google News RSS and the FRED API) to include in your morning briefings.
  • Billing: Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs, improve features, and develop new capabilities.
  • Communication: Send service-related messages, updates, and support responses.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Your messages, client context, and email content are sent to Anthropic's API to power the AI assistant. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Google APIs: Gmail, Calendar, and Drive data accessed through Google OAuth with your explicit consent.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data directly; we only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics.
  • Telegram: Message delivery platform for the AI assistant.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with Row Level Security policies.
  • Google OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
  • Telegram linking codes are hashed and expire automatically.
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation history, client records, and usage data are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your personal data and account.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Revoke third-party integrations (e.g., disconnect Google) at any time.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
