Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RelayWorks.ai ("RelayWorks," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI assistant service, website, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected integrations (Telegram, Google, etc.).
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Description of Service

RelayWorks provides an AI-powered assistant ("Alex") designed to help real estate professionals manage clients, track deals, monitor email, organize schedules, and stay informed about market conditions. The Service is delivered primarily through Telegram and our web dashboard.

The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to process your data and generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information, recommendations, or draft communications before acting on them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload, store, or transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including client information, messages, and business details ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to share any data you provide to the Service, including client information. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients before storing their personal information in the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Telegram, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • Plans: After your trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Usage Limits: Each plan includes daily message limits. Exceeding these limits may temporarily restrict access until the next day.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates content using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to email drafts, client summaries, market briefings, and suggested actions. This content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

  • AI-generated content is not professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is sent or acted upon.
  • The Service will never send emails or messages on your behalf without your explicit approval.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by RelayWorks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to Your Data. We claim no ownership over client information, messages, or business data you provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAYWORKS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RelayWorks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
